Menu Bar & Tool Bar
Shaz Invoice Software Menu Bar and Tool bar is very easy to use.
Menu Bar includes File, Invoice Type, View, and Help.
File has Exit sub menu which can be accessed by mouse or using Alt-X from keyboard.
Invoice Type has following four sub menu to be accessed by mouse clicking or keyboard as indicated
and It will display all available invoices for that category Thumbnails image on side display board
Two Column Invoices to be accessed using Alt-T.
Three Column Invoices to be accessed using Alt-R.
Four Column Invoices to be accessed using Alt-U.
Five Column Invoices to be accessed using Alt-V.
View has Saved Invoice Preview to be accessed by mouse point or Alt-S. This option can be
used to view, save, and print existing saved invoice Up
Invoice Thumbnails Display

The Invoice Thumbnails display bar as left
hand side image will display all available
Invoices in a selected category. Click any
Invoice Thumbnails image and curser change
to wait status
 during invoice loading in Right
side panel. Up

 Two Column Invoice
Shaz Invoice Software includes five Two Columns Invoices in different styles that can be created
from the application. Up
 Three Column Invoice
same as Two Column Invoice Up
 Four Column Invoice
same as Two Column Invoice Up
 Five Column Invoice
same as Two Column Invoice Up
 Save an Invoice
The application save invoice with .jpg extension in any folder of your choice. Up
 View Saved Invoiced
This option lets user view a previously saved Invoice Up
Invoice Data Entry Screens
The application includes twenty different invoice screens that you can access them through
thumbnails shaz_invoice_images from screen side bar as explained above. All invoice type input boxes come
with default setup that is best for that type of invoice. The best invoice output could be achieved
by keeping the entered text visible on input box.

Most of Invoice Data Entry Screen have common Entry Input fields that is self explanatory

Font Chooser
Every Invoice Entry Screen has a Font Chooser as above. User may change the Font style, face,
size and color of any input box by selecting its text and choosing a font attributes.

Logo Image Entry
Most invoices give user the option of displaying a logo image on invoice. The image size for a logo must not
exceed 250 x 90 pixels. Up
Item Entry
You may add five goods item at a time and add more items if it needed by pressing Add More button.

Tax Percentage
Some of the Invoices screen give user an option of Sales Tax. To calculate sales tax, user needs to
enter the tax percentage amount and the system calculate it automatically on total cost.

Shipping Handling, Freight, and Misc Charges
Some Invoice screens have option of Shipping and Handling, Freight, and Misc Charges input fields that a
user may use to enter an amount in appropriate field. Up
Add More Button
As explained at Item Entry section above, By pressing this button user would be able enter more than five
items for an invoice Up
Reset Button
By pressing this button an invoice entry screen will be clear for new Invoice. Up
View, Save, Print Button
This button display Invoice preview screen and user will be able to view, save, or print invoice.
