How to View, Save, and Print an Invoice

By pressing button from any Invoice Data Entry Screen, you will be directed
to Invoice Preview Screen. There are four options of Open, Close, Save, and Print available in this screen.

Save will save the current display invoice in any directory of your choice with .jpg extension.

Print option will print invoice to printer. The Best print result will be archived by setting the
printer paper setup as A4 paper.

Close will close the Print Preview screen.

Open You may open an previously saved invoice by selecting this option.
