Getting Started
When you start Shaz Invoice Software 2020 you will see above Screen with Menu bar and Button Toolbar at the top and
Main Screen divided in two.
The left hand side of Main Screen is for Invoices thumbnails or small Images for selecting an Invoice and the right hand side is
for the selected Invoice Data Entry Screen to be displayed for Invoice details entry.
Shaz Invoice Software 2020 is very easy to use and it is "What You See Is What You Get" application same as original
or previous version of
Shaz Invoice Software that has been released in 2007.
However Shaz Invoice Software 2020 has many
Advanced Features that make this
Invoice Application more useful and efficient. Most of the new Features in this Help Manual titled with "Advanced Feature",
It is up to you to use any of these Advanced Features or Not, the Application works exactly as its previous version as below:
Select an Invoice from 2,3,4,or 5 Columns Invoices, Type In your Invoice Details in provided Text Boxes and Click
View,Save,Print Button to View, Save, and Print your Invoice.

Button Toolbar
Two Columns Invoices (Alt-T)
It will display five 2 Columns invoices named as Simple, Micro, Poster, Paper, and Last thumbnails or small images at left hand side of screen for selection. Screen Image
Three Columns Invoices (Alt-R)
It will display five 3 Columns invoices named as Gallery, Bango, Star, CMS, and Host thumbnails or small images at left hand side of screen for selection. Screen Image
Four Columns Invoices (Alt-U)
It will display five 4 Columns invoices named as Commercial, Service, Common, Handy, and Ship thumbnails or small images at left hand side of screen for selection. Screen Image
Five Columns Invoices (Alt-E)
It will display five 5 Columns invoices named as Logo, Art, Home, Remote, and Blackberry thumbnails or small images at left hand side of screen for selection. Screen Image
View and Print Saved Invoice (Alt-S)
It will display a screen that allows you to open a saved Invoice for view and print. Screen Image
Business Contact Setup (Alt-B)
It will display your own Business Contact Setup Screen to add your Business Contact details to be displayed in any Invoice automatically. Tick the Checkbox above a field to be selected as part of your Business Contact details. Screen Image.
Customer Maintenance (Alt-M)
It will display Customer Maintenance Screen to Add, Update, Save, Delete and View Customers. Choose unique contact details that you like to be displayed for every Customer in their Invoice by ticking the Checkbox above each field. Screen Image
Print Customers (Alt-N)
It will display Print Customers Screen that allows you to print Customers with three option as Print All Fields, Print Address Label, Print Selected Fields. Screen Image

Menu Bar has following drop down menus

View Help
File Menu (Alt-F)
Business Contact Setup (Alt-B)
It will display Business Contact Setup Screen to add your own Business Contact details to be displayed in any Invoice automatically.
Backup Company File (Alt-P)
This option backup a copy of company.txt file in backup/company/todaysdate folder that keeps your Business details.
Backup Customer File (Alt-O)
This option backup a copy of customerdata.txt file in backup/customer/todaysdate that keeps your Customers details.
Close (Alt-C)
It closes the current open Invoice from Screen.
Exit (Alt-X)
It closes the Shaz Invoice Application.
Invoice Type Menu (Alt-I)
